Armenia’s PM dissatisfied with country’s productivity level
Armenia greatly concedes to world-developed countries with its productivity, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at the cabinet sitting today.
The productivity is on how much AMD or USD worth product an employee creates in an hour.
“In this regard we greatly concede to world-developed countries and not only developed countries but also we are not in the first rows among the EAEU member states,” the PM said, expressing doubt that the entrepreneurs while making their annual plans, calculating expenses and incomes take into consideration the productivity component.
Economy minister Vahan Kerobyan said in Armenia the average productivity in an hour is 6 USD while in the EAEU 11,5 USD, in developed countries it reaches 43 USD.
“We greatly concede to productivity of our competitor countries,” the minister said.
