Meeting over one table offered by Armenia's president becomes unrealizable now

Armenia’s president’s administration issued a statement saying that the format of meeting over one table offered by the president currently becomes unrealizable after Prosperous Armenia and Homeland Salvation movement offered their agenda of the meeting and conditions.

“President Armen Sarkissian will continue his efforts and is ready to have separate meetings both with the invitees and the deputies out of the mentioned factions as well as representatives of non-parliamentary political forces. These meetings will give an opportunity to once again listen to the viewpoints of all, clarify the positions and form working agenda on their basis,” the statement reads.

The president reaffirms his conviction that the only way to settle disputes is negotiations and everything should be done to refrain the country from shocks.

It has been reported earlier that My Step and Bright Armenia factions' leaders accepted the invitation to meet on March 13.
