Armenian, Artsakh Security Councils conduct joint session in Yerevan
Joint session of the Security Councils of Armenia and Artsakh took place today headed by Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan.
“This week we work for already the second day and conduct discussions with the representatives of the Artsakh government,” Armenia’s PM said adding that yesterday they had a very effective discussion during which a proposal was voiced to implement apartment building and necessary infrastructure construction program costing 110 billion AMD.
The PM said according to the proposal the program will be implemented through Hayastan All-Armenia Fund.
“The proposal is the following – to implement the program through Hayastan All-Armenia Fund and fund the program with the following proportion – currently the Fund has on its accounts over 58 billion AMD collected during the recent fundraising and the government of Armenia will allocate 52 billion AMD,” the PM said.
