Turkey, Azerbaijan, with interference of third countries, work at reducing Russia’s role and advancing Turkish agenda in the region – analyst
Russia with intensive work is completing the construction of military camp deployed in Artsakh, head of Henaker think tank Tigran Abrahamyan wrote on Facebook.
“So to say, it accommodates firmly. In parallel to it, despite the signature of Azerbaijan under the November 10 trilateral statement, Azerbaijan still has not confirmed/ratified Russian peacekeeping mission mandate,” he said, stressing that the unsmooth relations of Russia and Azerbaijan that feels Turkey’s breath from rear have become more accentuated.
He also noted that the numerous violations of arrangements reached on November 10 and January 11 show that Turkey and Azerbaijan with the interference of third countries are doing everything to reduce the Russian factor in the process and in the region in general to advance the Turkish agenda.
