There was an arrangement which was breached - My Step deputy on return of captives

Head of Defense and Security Affairs Standing Committee of the Armenian parliament Andranik Kocharyan referring to the yesterday’s situation with the return of captives said they did not know it would happen so.

“There was an arrangement which was breached. The reasons are unavailable. The adversary again wants to change the rules of game,” he said, adding that keeping the captives in Azerbaijan has no relation to the territories.

“The discussion of territorial issues is not related with captives,” he said.
As to the arrival of an Azerbaijani-Turkish delegation, Kocharyan said a lot is being spoken about. “Have you seen this delegation? Was there an official press release?” he said.

Kocharyan also noted that the issue with captives followed immediately the meeting of the Armenian and Russian leaders.

“It was a step which showed that Russia tried to contribute to the solution of the issue. This is why Muradov went to accompany,” Kocharyan said.

He added that he intuitively understands what is going on, but cannot voice it. He noted that the issues are resolvable.
