Armenian Government refuses to comment on who arrived on Russian airplane from Baku
The Armenian Government does not comment who the Russian plane brought to Armenia from Baku yesterday.
Hraparak paper wrote that the plane was not empty and together with the commander of Russian peacekeeping troops in Karabakh Rustam Muradov a Turkish-Azerbaijani delegation has arrived.
PM Nikol Pashinyan’s spokesperson Mane Gevorgyan does not answer the phone calls.
Nzhdeh Hovsepyan, spokesperson of Armenia’s Vice PM Tigran Avinyan, told Aysor.am that they have referred to the issue of not returning the captives and stated that it has been delayed as the adversary is not implementing the Point 8 of the joint November 9 trilateral statement.
As to the Turkish-Azerbaijani delegation, the spokesperson said he cannot give any comments on it.
“We are not the addressees [of the question],” Hovsepyan said.
It has been reported yesterday that a plane with Armenia captives would arrive in Erebuni airport. The relatives rushed to the site to meet their children but the plane arrived without them.
The parents joined the ones protesting at the Ministry of Defense and spent the whole night there blocking all the entrances.
