Armenia’s PM to resign in last decade of April
Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan speaking at the NA today said he will resign in the last decade of April.
“After it in accordance with the arrangements reached with the parliamentary forces and the president for complying with the proper procedures on the seventh day the election of the PM will take place. My Step faction will nominate my candidacy, the others will not offer candidacies. My Step will not elect PM. Second tome I will be nominated by 1/3 of My Step faction and again will not be elected. With the force of law the NA will be considered dissolved after which snap elections will be appointed on June 20, 2021,” the PM said.
He said those who will divert from the agreed path will commit political suicide.
“The following will happen – My Step will elect me as premier and the matter will be closed. I believe no one will make an attempt of political suicide,” Pashinyan said.
