75% Armenians and 25% Azerbaijanis were to participate in the possible referendum – Republican Party Vice President responds to Pashinyan’s statement

Vice President of the Republican Party of Armenia Armen Ashotyan referred to the statement voiced by Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at the NA today, stressing that he will not get tired of consistently revealing the lies no matter how stubbornly he tries to cast off the responsibility of treacherous and bloody war.

“I will not get tired to remind that the responsibly for the deadlock in negotiations in April 2018 was Azerbaijan while Armenia, and the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs were together, in one pole. There is no need to remind the official clarification of the Russian MFA which was not rejected by the other co-chairs and contained clear records about Artsakh’s mid-term and final statuses,” Ashotyan wrote on Facebook, adding that Pashinyan not only ruined Armenia’s negotiating positions but gifted to Aliyev the Vienna and St. Petersburg arrangements and entered into “separate negotiations with Aliyev over $5bln, stating that he negotiations over what he wanted."

“It is elementary that 75% Armenians and 25% Azerbaijanis were to participate in the possible referendum – proportion in accordance with last soviet population census,” Ashotyan wrote.
