Armenia’s second president says they make no empty promises
The first thing to do after coming to power is the assessment of the damage to the state in all the sectors, Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan said today.
“We must immediately pass to the implementation of the anti-crisis steps to stop the further degradation of security and state management. We must stop the economic decline, restore the country’s image and predictability, we have lost the image of reliable partner long ago,” Kocharyan stated, adding that the important thing is for the people to immediately feel the changes in the country.
“And the people will feel them. We will not give empty promises, the guarantee of our success will be skillfulness, experience, hard-work, discipline and love toward the country,” Kocharyan stated.
“The prior issue will be the creation of tens of thousands new jobs every year. Once it was done, I am sure we will be able to repeat it. The indifference toward business, the unpleasant scenes of throwing to asphalts will vanish, everything will be done for the development of small and medium-sized business,” the second president stated.
He stressed that the sharp increase in the quality of life of the people will be the key issue.
“Lies in the state system will be excluded. We have become a world of lies and must do everything to eliminate these lies,” Kocharyan said.
“We promise only what we are able to do,” he concluded.
