My Step deputy hopes negotiations to end up with full implementation of Armenia's demands

My Step deputy from Syunik Armen Khachatryan says he hopes the whole negotiation process will end up with the full implementation of demands of the Armenian side.

“The deputy chief of the General Staff of Armenia’s Armed Forces, commanders of corpus are participating in the negotiations with representatives of the Azerbaijani side,” Khachatryan said.

He noted that the negotiations are not only over Lake Sev but the territories the Azerbaijani soldiers penetrated to.

Khachatryan stressed that neutral zone is effective means for observing ceasefire between the conflicting parties but it should not be on the account of Armenian territories only.

“If a neutral – security zone is created it should be done on the account of Azerbaijani territory too,” My Step deputy said.

As to his previous claims that Syunik is secure, the deputy said, “Of course, Syunik is secure, what has happened in Syunik? Has the enemy harmed anyone?”
