Armenia’s second president says Armenia may again be brought on development course

Armenia’s second president, leader of “Armenia” bloc Robert Kocharyan met today with the supporters in Armenia’s Armavir province, bloc press service reports.

During the meeting Kocharyan referred to wide-range of issues, among them the issue of agriculture and the prospects of its development in the province.

Kocharyan stressed that the essential increase of volume of subsidies will help the development of agriculture.

He noted that the irrigation water tariff must be symbolic and that the farmers should not have issue of fertilizers, irrigation water, consumption.

He also referred to the issues on increase of army’s efficiency, security of Armenia and Artsakh, education policy.

Kocharyan stressed that it is possible to again bring Armenia to development course and that in general, everything will be good.
