Encouraged with sense of impunity, Azerbaijan tries to create new geopolitical realities – Aivazian to Iran’s FM

Armenia’s Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Ara Aivazian received his Iranian counterpart Javad Zarif who arrived in Armenia today.

Aivazian said at the meeting that the encroachment on the territorial integrity of Armenia is direct consequence of war unleashed by Azerbaijan on September 27 last year against the right of people of Artsakh to self-determination and right of living as well as non-equivalent international and regional response to Azerbaijan’s actions that endangered peace in the region.

Aivazian also emphasized that encouraged with the sense of impunity, Azerbaijan is trying to create new geopolitical realities not stemming from the interests of the countries interested in stability in the region.

“In such conditions the dialogue with our regional partners is more than important,” Aivazian noted.
