If authorities do not change we will never find the truth about the war – Robert Kocharyan

Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan heading “Armenia” bloc met today with the residents of Vanadzor town and supporters of the bloc.

The most urgent issues the citizens were interested in referred to the security issues of the country, social difficulties, solutions.

“If the authorities do not change we will never learn the truth about this war,” Kocharyan said, noting that the authorities are participants of all that happened.

“I am convinced that we could have avoided the war. It is their policy that resulted in it. And after it launched we already shouldn’t have lost. A number of wrong and conspiracy steps resulted in this loss. We must learn the truth. After the change of power it should be revealed at the whole volume who and where made the mistakes and what consequences they had. It is impossible to avoid it, everyone will get their assessment. Hiding such issues means you take the responsibility. I am not ready for it,” Kocharyan said.
