Georgia reports about opening railway communication with Armenia
Armenia and Georgia resume railway communication interrupted due to coronavirus outbreak.
The first train will depart to Batumi on June 15, TASS reports citing Georgia’s Economy and Stable Development Minister Natia Turnava.
“I want to say that the railway communication between Armenia and Georgia has been restored. On June 15 the first train will depart from Yerevan to Tbilisi and from there to Batumi. It means that tourists will come to Georgia, Black Sea resorts, our capital and other tourist places from our ally, neighbor state,” the minister said.
