Armenia’s second president promises to turn Governmental summer house into rehabilitation center

The Governmental summer house will turn into rehabilitation center, Armenia’s second president, candidate of Armenia bloc Robert Kocharyan stated at the meeting with residents of Yeghvard. He stressed that people having highest posts will continue living in their houses, continue contacting with neighbors.

“In such conditions doing something wrong becomes more difficult. I have brought the  example of Andranik Margaryan who was prime minister for 7 years, 7 years lived in his house and 7 years played backgammon with his neighbors,” Kocharyan said, stressing the need to eliminate the fences and look in the eyes of people everyday.

He stressed that currently the whole police is serving one person while the police do not have such function.

The candidate said the police turned into personal security.
