Pashinyan’s Civil Contract party to have 71 seats out of 105 in the new parliament
Armenia’s acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that according to the preliminary data published by the Central Election Commission, the Civil Contract party will have a constitutional majority – at least 71 MPs out of 105 – “and will form a government led by me.”
According to preliminary information published by Central Election Commission, Civil Contract party headed by Nikol Pashinyan received 53,92%. percent of votes and will form the majority. Second president Robert Kocharyan's "Armenia" bloc received 21,04% votes, Artur Vanetsyan's "I Have the Honor" bloc received 5,23% votes.
