Rejection of mandates by "Armenia" and "I Have the Honor" blocs the only way to remove Pashinyan – attorney
The mission of "Armenia" and "I Have the Honor" blocs was to get rid of the defeatist [acting PM Nikol Pashinyan] which will be impossible if these blocs become small parliamentary opposition, attorney Tigran Atanesyan wrote on Facebook.
He stressed that the only way to bring into life their mission is to reject the mandates.
The attorney said according to Armenia's legislation the parliament cannot be formed without opposition.
"In case they reject the mandates, they [the mandates] cannot be handed over to the political forces that came the 4th or the 5th. A constitutional crisis is being created the solution of which is not envisaged by the Constitution. This crisis will be of big significance for the preservation of the national agenda. If they take the mandates it will only help the defeatist to bring his nation-destructive program to the end," Atanesyan wrote.
