Campaign against Armenia's Syunik community heads reminds terrorism – analyst

The campaign of the authorities against the heads of Syunik communities more reminds terrorism than revenge, vendetta or a caprice of a small person, head of Henaket think tank Tigran Abrahamyan wrote on Facebook.

"Such actions are unforgivable and unforgivable not mostly on political but inter-personal level," Abrahamyan wrote, stressing that all this will explode one day leaving not only the defeatist [acting PM Nikol Pashinyan] under ruins but different law enforcement figures "many of who did not realize that our country, our statehood are on the altar," Abrahamyan wrote.

To note, mayor of Kajaran Manvel Paramazyan has been arrested, mayor of Meghri Mkhitar Zakaryan who has recently submitted resignation application has been videotaped while being laid down on the floor by a number of masked persons.

On July 7 Goris mayor Arush Arushanyan was taken to Special Investigation Service.
