Works underway to ensure implementation of trilateral agreements - Kremlin responds to Pashinyan's proposal
Contacts with Yerevan and Baku over the implementation of the trilateral statements continue, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, commenting on Armenia's acting PM's proposal on deploying Russian border guards along the entire border between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
"Russia continues contacts with Yerevan and Baku to ensure full implementation of trilateral agreements," Peskov said.
Asked to comment on Pashinyan's proposal, Peskov said contacts with Yerevan continue, "I have nothing to add."
He said Kremlin is aware about the aggravation of the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and that "Russia's representatives have exerted big efforts to restore ceasefire."
"The works are underway," Peskov said.
