Samples of 50 remains to be sent to Holland for identification - acting minister
Armenia will sent 50 samples of the remains of the people killed during the 44-day Artsakh war to Holland for identification, Armenia's acting minister of health Anahit Avanesyan told the reporters today.
"Sadly, we had complicated samples which we have failed to identify," she said.
Avanesyan noted that an agreement has been signed with Dutch colleagues, and the process of delivering the remains for the genetic expertise is underway.
"I don't think the answer will be a rapid one, they too must implement rather complicated expertise. As soon as we recieve the answers we will publish them," the acting minister said.
