Developments in Armenia affected country’s foreign agenda: Zatulin
Armenia and Russia have partnership relations, Konstantin Zatulin, first deputy chairman of the committee of the State Duma for the CIS and European integration affairs said in Yerevan today at the first plenary session of Lazarev Club.
“As far as I know currently no one doubts the nature of these relations. Heads of our countries periodically meet and exchange ideas. Obviously, what happened in Armenia had its impact not only on the domestic but on foreign agenda as well,” Zatulin said.
He said the relations between Armenia and Russia are developing in different directions while the most significant of them are the joint works in defense and security sectors.
“Armenia and Russia are interconnected regarding ensuring defense and security in Caucasus,” he said.
